- The service delivered does not match what was agreed
- Stains or dirt remain after cleaning (proof required)
- Pickup or delivery was significantly delayed without prior notice
Refunds may be partial or full depending on the issue.
2. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:
- Damage caused by pre-existing conditions (holes, weakened fabric, loose stitching, color fade)
- Items with inaccurate care labels or misleading washing instructions
- Issues arising from incorrect information provided by the customer
- Minor imperfections that are normal for laundry services
- Items not collected within the specified holding period
3. Re-Cleaning Option
Before issuing a refund, BlueberryBloom may offer a free re-cleaning service if the issue can be corrected.
If you still find the result unsatisfactory, a refund may be considered.
4. Return of Items
If items were mistakenly delivered to you:
- Please notify us within 48 hours
- BlueberryBloom will arrange a free pickup and correct delivery
- Items must be returned in the same condition received
5. Refund Processing Time
Once approved, refunds will be processed within:
- 5–10 business days for online payments
- Up to 15 business days for bank transfers
The processing time may vary depending on your payment provider.
